Peter Levandoski, DMD, Dental Director
​Dr. Peter J. Levandoski, was born in Philadelphia, PA. He attended Davidson College in Davidson, NC where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. After working as an Island Fellow at ICMS, he received his D.M.D from Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine and went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Penobscot Community Health Care, an FQHC  in Bangor, ME.

Dr. Levandoski is currently a member of both the American Dental Association and Maine Dental Association. Dr. Levandoski’s professional interests include learning new techniques and procedures through continuing education to better serve his patients and working to increase access to dental care for all of Maine’s people.

Dr. Levandoski lives in Cumberland with his wife Toni and their daughter. In his free time, he likes spending time with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors in all four seasons.

Norman Medina, DDS

​​Dr. Arthur Medina first earned an MS in Biostatistics in 1981 from Loma Linda University School of Public Health in California, and then an MS in Computer Science from Cal Poly Pomona in 1985. It was while he was working in the Dental Research Department for Periodontal Disease that he decided to dedicate his life to serving people and continued his education at Loma Linda University Dental School, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1994.  In addition to serving the dental needs of Vinalhaven, he also takes bi-annual dental mission trips to Mexico with his family to serve abroad, and he serves his local community by donating his time to people in need.

Dr. Medina enjoys bicycling, photography and most of all he loves spending time with his  family.

​Michelle Webber, EFDA
​
Michelle Webber grew up in Thomaston, Maine and graduated from Georges Valley High School in 1988.  She started her dental journey in 1996 when she had the opportunity to work as a dental receptionist and wanted to further her education, so she became an Expanded Function Dental Assistant.  From there she pursed her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification in 2010 and Graduated from Eastern Maine Community College in 2011.
 
Outside of Dentistry, Michelle enjoys hiking, kayaking, spending quality time with her family and friends and also special time with her Grandchildren.

​Samantha Quinn, RDH
​

Samantha Quinn was born and raised in Mid Coast Maine.  She graduated from Rockland High School while also working hard in the medical field at the Knox Center and PBMC.  Working 10 years in the local emergency department made her realize that she wanted to do even more to guide people in their health.  In 2011 she graduated from U-Maine Augusta with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene.
 
Samantha resides in Lincolnville with her growing family where she enjoys her children, animals and gardens.
