Patience M. Trainor
Patience M. Trainor has been providing home care and outpatient physical therapy services to the island communities for the past 10 years.  She received her undergraduate degree and certification in physical therapy at Simmons College, with two post graduate degrees from Rutgers University and Salem State College.  

In her spare time, Patience enjoys gardening, quilting and yoga.

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
