What is Remote Patients Monitoring? (RPM)
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) is an efficient healthcare delivery
method that uses digital technologies to monitor and analyze vital such as your blood pressure in your own home or wherever you are. RPM technology electronically transmits health information from you in your home and to your care team at Islands Community Medical Services (ICMS). Your data is safe, secure, and will never be sold to a third party. |
