What is Remote Patients Monitoring? (RPM)
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) is an efficient healthcare delivery
method that uses digital technologies to monitor and analyze vital such as your blood pressure in your own home or wherever you are. RPM technology electronically transmits health information from you in your home and to your care team at Islands Community Medical Services (ICMS).

ICMS uses RPM to collect patient vital signs,
including blood pressure, vital signs, weight, heart rate, blood sugar
levels, and physical activity. Your data is safe, secure, and will never be sold to a third party.
